Summary

The App does not collect, transmit or share your personal data. Everything you enter stays on your device.

What the App stores

The holdings and purchases you enter (names or tickers, share quantities, prices and fees) are saved in the App's private storage on your device so they are there next time you open it. We do not receive this information and cannot see it.

What the App does not do

• It does not require an account or sign-in.
• It does not connect to our servers or send your data over the internet.
• It does not use advertising, analytics or tracking tools, and it does not use third-party SDKs that collect data.
• It does not access your contacts, photos, location, camera or microphone.
• It does not sell or share your data, because we do not have it.

Backups

The App has two optional ways to keep a copy of your data. Neither sends anything to us.

• Android backup. If Android backup is turned on for your device, Android may include the App's saved holdings in your own Google Drive backup so they can be restored on a new phone. This is done by Android under your Google account. We cannot access it. You can turn it off in your device's Google backup settings.
• Back up to file / Restore from file. Only when you choose "Back up to file" does the App create a file of your holdings and open Android's share menu. It goes only where you choose to send it. "Restore from file" reads a backup file you select and replaces the data in the App after you confirm.

Deleting your data

You can remove any holding or purchase inside the App. Clearing the App's storage or uninstalling it deletes all saved data from your device. Backup files you created, and any Android backup in your Google account, are under your control and can be deleted by you.

Children

The App is a general-purpose calculator and is not directed at children under 13. It collects no personal information from anyone.

The App provides calculations for information only. It is not investment, tax or financial advice.

Changes to this policy

If the App changes in a way that affects privacy, for example by adding a feature that collects data, we will update this page and the date above before releasing that version.
