Privacy Policy
Clipnela (the "App") by Mirokela. Last updated: October 10, 2026.
Summary
The App does not collect, transmit or share your personal data. Your videos and audio are processed on your device and are never uploaded.
Files the App works with
You choose a video or audio file with Android's or iOS's own file picker. The App reads only the file you pick. The audio files and video clips it creates are saved inside the App's private storage (the "Library") so you can play, share or save them. They stay there until you delete them or uninstall the App. We do not receive any of these files and cannot see them. When you tap "Save to device", "Save to gallery" or "Share", the file goes only where you choose.
What the App does not do
- It does not require an account or sign-in.
- It does not upload your files or send them to our servers.
- It does not use advertising, analytics or tracking tools, and it does not use third-party SDKs that collect data.
- It does not access your contacts, location, camera or microphone.
- It does not download videos or audio from other websites or services.
- It does not sell or share your data, because we do not have it.
Purchases and internet use
The App offers a one-time purchase to unlock longer exports. The purchase is handled entirely by Google Play (or the Apple App Store). We do not see your payment details or personal information. The App uses the internet only to talk to the store, to start a purchase or to check or restore a purchase you already made. Your files are never sent over the internet. The App remembers on your device whether you unlocked it and whether you used your free long export.
Backups
If Android backup is turned on for your device, Android may include a small settings file of the App (it holds only the unlock status and the free-export flag) in your own Google Drive backup so it can be restored on a new phone. Your Library files are not included. This is done by Android under your Google account. We cannot access it. You can turn it off in your device's Google backup settings.
Deleting your data
Delete any file from the Library inside the App. Uninstalling the App removes everything it stored on your device. Copies you saved or shared elsewhere, and any Android backup in your Google account, are under your control.
Children
The App is a general-purpose media tool and is not directed at children under 13. It collects no personal information from anyone.
Your content
Use the App only with video and audio you have the right to use. You are responsible for the files you process.
Changes to this policy
If the App changes in a way that affects privacy, for example by adding a feature that collects data, we will update this page and the date above before releasing that version.
